Things are heating up in our world. The pandemic is still raising its ugly head. The school boards are trying to control the parents. Congress men and women are fighting tooth and nails. Shocking revelation in Virginia this week.

_________________________________________________________________

We have to be very careful who we elect for school boards across this country. They are all slowly going far left. They want to control the teachers and the parents.

A father came to protest his daughter being raped in the women’s bathroom, by a transdresser. They transfered the perp to another school and he did it there too. The school board ignored the father’s plea for justice to be and they even arrested the poor man for disrupting their meeting.

REALLY???

Got to change! In the future we should all go to the panel discussions are held for candidates running for a school board. We need to ask very directed questions to them them to make sure we are getting who is best for our children.

Even the government seems to be lying, and sending out false reports. The Pentagon announced today that they were wrong about the estimate of how many Amercians were stranted in Afghanistan. They had been sending out reports forever that there were only 400-500 people still there. Today they admitted there were over 140,000!

Who can we trust? Who can we turn to for the truth. Of course, it is God. He is the truth, and the truth will set you free.

God is working! In Virginia the voters shocked the whole world by voting in three republicans to the statwide posts. The Governor, Attorney General, and the LT Governor. They also flipped their house of Represenatives to republican. This state was won by Biden by 15% points in the presidential election.

I think God is turning the corner on all of this nonsense. By the mid term elections next year there will a huge reversal in the national, House and Senate.

My famous thought, GOD IS IN CHARGE is overflowing now. He will do what he feels is best for our country.

I am still struggling with various health issues. Today it is severe shortness of breath, and dizziness. I could blame the dizziness on when I look at my beautiful bride, but the shortness of breath has me concerned.

My blood pressure is great. My heart capacity is at 36 which isn’t too bad for my age.

Something is not right though. Hope to find out soon.

Our country is in turmoil. There is a 50/50 split in beliefs in the United States. Because of this nothing can get passed in Congress, and there are people suffering because of it.

We need to pray for our governments both national and local. Pray that they will make good decisions that will help the people, and not necessarily themselves.

It seems to me that we all face storms these days. The storms may be a serious surgery coming up. It could be that you are out of a job, and there are bills to pay. It could be a break up of a relationship you have.

We need to remember that all storms pass. Then we have the SON.

Jesus is our fortress during the terrible storms we face. He can calm them down so we can handle them better.

When ever I know a storm is coming I pray ahead of time for God’s love, compassion, and protection.

Never take on this world alone. I can’t imagine trying to face my storms without God in my life.

If you seem to have more than your share of pain and headaches from the daily trials of life. Turn them over to God. He has tremendous shoulders for you to lean on.

You are never unloved.

And above all…never, ever, give up!

President Biden has been in office less than a week, and he has signed many executive orders. Executive orders do not need the approval of congress.

Much of what he has signed has wiped out many of the accomplishments of Donald trump. We will see how the people react to that.

My doctor sent me to do blood testing. I got to the lab and the lab technician proceeded to draw blood. She drew and drew!! I looked on the counter where she was placing the vials of blood. There were eight vials filled.

I jokingly asked, “Am I going to need a transfusion.” The person didn’t like my remark, and said there is only eight ounces SO FAR! That’s right, she wasn’t finished yet. She pulled out two more vials that were huge. About the size of a small baby bottle. She filled both of those up.

I got up very slowly knowing I was going to be dizzy, and I was right.

I was able to make it home, and the results are already back. They have me very concerned. Eight of the results were abnormal. I see my doctor again in a month, or sooner if he looks at my tests early.

Have you had this happen to you? Have you had a sudden surprise come upon you? The pandemic has you locked up in your home. The bills are piling up because you can’t work.

We all face unexpected happenings in our lives. It is how we handle them that defines our character.

I have learned that 99% of what we worry about never happens. We worry way too much. We just need to rely on God for the other one percent.

I realize that it is not easy to accept this, but God is in charge.

Never let the dark side overcome you. Go to the light of Jesus.

How Many Times Should We Forgive Someone?

I have been watching the movement of Representative John Lewis from his hometown to the Capitol Rotunda, to be put on display.

This man was a furious warrior fighting for the black community. He marched with Martin Luther King. He was beaten many times, and was arrested 40 times for his support for the black community.

No man, since Martin Luther King, has done more for civil rights in our country.

He spent over 16 years in Congress.

Was he a Democrat or a Republican? DOESN’T MATTER!

He fought for what was right.

_______________________________________________________________________

We need to find more leaders like him. Dedicated to helping others and fighting for what is right.

_______________________________________________________________

I am switching to some negative things to bring up another point.

Portland, Oregon has had 60 straight days of rioting. There are many fires, many beatings, many arrests, and many people hurt badly. Many of those hurt are police officers, trying to keep the peace.

The Federal Government has come to help. We will see how that works out.

There is widespread rioting in many other big cities. Interesting in that all of those cities are run by Democrats.

_________________________________________________________________________

So, should we forgive those who are rioting? If so, how many times should we forgive?

Jesus told a parable about forgiving. It started when Peter asked him how many times should he forgive? Seven times? (That was four more times than the Jewish acceptable number.)

Jesus rebuked him and said, “No! 70×7!” That is 490 times. (Matthew 18: 21-34.)

Some things to remember:

  1. As longs as there are issues, there is an opportunity for forgiveness.
  2. Our God is a forgiving God. (How many times have you asked Him to forgive you?)
  3. Forgiving others is a must to be a part of God’s Kingdom.
  4. We must mirror God’s love and forgiveness.

Some other thoughts:

  1. God has help mend any hearts that are broken.
  2. My sin was great, but God’s love was greater.
  3. For God so loved the world that He sent his only son, so that we may have eternal life.
  4. Pray for our leaders in the nation, and in your home state, to make decisions that are for the good of the people, and not themselves.

______________________________________________________________________

Think on these things, and be at peace knowing that God is watching over you and protects you.

Remember:

You are never alone.

You are never forskaen.

You are never unloved.

And above all, never, ever, give up!
