People Aren’t Happy The Direction That Our Country is Going

I know that this site is called, Signs of Hope, but I am going to rant for a little bit:

  1. President Biden say that inflation is going down. Well it is still 40% higher than normal.
  2. President Biden is allowing thousands upon thousands of illegal immigrants to cross our southern border.
  3. Food prices has skyrocketed.
  4. Heating bills are out of control.
  5. Biden will not let us do our own oil drilling, so the gas prices are incredible.

I have other rants, but I think that is enough for now.

Millions of people are fighting depression, anxiety, and have a pessimistic look on life. That is not good for our country.

What can we do to survive this delima?

  1. Take it one day at a time, and be strong.
  2. Be careful of what you buy.
  3. Hunker down for the next two years.
  4. Storms come, but they go away.
  5. Never let the darkside dictate to you what your life is like.
  6. Above all…never, ever give up!

We also need to remember that God is with us 24/7. He knows our problems, and will protect us during the storms of life.

Our Country is Divided, Need to Find Ways to Unite

Things are getting dicey in our country. There is an even divide in our country of far left liberals, and far right conservatives. This is causing strive to our country. Some say there may even be a civil war.

It is sad to see so many people angry and steadfast in their political beliefs. We must understand that we are ONE country and should do everything to unify.

I have been having health issues lately. I mean I have been seeing doctors almost every day. Not fun, but I am strong in believing God will take care of me. He knows my aliments, He knows my needs. He loves me, and will be there for me.

How about you? Are you battling ailments daily? Do you wonder if God cares? Of course He does. he made you in His own image. The cows aren’t in His image. The birds are not in his image. Only you are.

Be faithful and He will protect you.

Storms Are Not Optional, But Inevitable.

Got my booster shot! Now I can take on the world. (Not really!)

There are some alarming things happening in our world right now.

An article I read stated that Presidnet Biden is a scapegoat. He is making all the mistakes and taking all the blame. This is what the rest of the democrats want. This is an opinion article, but I am not sure if this isn’t really happening.

China and Russia and teaming together to do military exercises. Doesn’t sound too good to me.

________________________________________________________________________

I always say this, and I have to repeat it: GOD IS IN CHARGE!

We have many bad things happening in our world, but He knows it and is dealing with it in His own way.

I will not fear. I will not panic. I will depend on God to protect me.

How do you feel about all of this? Is it getting too scary for you? We also have the pnademic in our lives. What can we do with all of this piling up on us?

  1. Do not panic. God will deal with it.
  2. Pray without ceasing.
  3. Much of what we worry about never happens. Turn the rest over to God.

Here is a prayer that I sent up to God yesterday:

Father, I know that storms are not optional, but inevitable. And I know that you use the trials to transform me into the person you have deigsned me to be. Let me rejoice when I face trials and struggless and trust that you have a reason. Form my character through the fire. Make me look more like Jesus. Let me face each trial with expanding faith. Let me bring your glory as I tell of your faithfulness to me. Let me encourage others in their struggles as well.

In Jesus’s name, amen.
